  • Can I see my color and text changes online?
    You can see your color changes online, but not your text. To see your text, send your color preview to IZA, and we will send back a full preview with all of your design changes for your approval.
  • What do I need to view your site?
    Internet Explorer 5+, and 1024 x 768 or higher (You may use a lower resolution, but the site looks better at higher resolutions).
  • How do I change my information (password, address, etc.)?
    Simply click "Your Account" to change your information.
  • Can I order online?
    Yes! Get a free quote on your preview by clicking Order and selecting from any of your available design previews.
  • Why do I (advisor, sponsor, whoever is authorizing the order) have to sign and send my color preview to IZA?
    At IZA, we want to make sure you are happy with your order. To best do this, we submit the order and color preview to you for your approval.
  • When I customize my design, it does not look like it is added to my preview.
    You have to select a design placement to add it. Note: You can select more than one placement when customizing your design so that you do not have to redo design changes if you wish to have the same design for the front and back.

  • How can I pay for my order?
    There are 2 ways to pay for your order:
    1. Supply a PO# on the Order Form. (Your payment will be due 15 days after your invoice is received).
    2. PREPAY your order with a credit card or check. (Subtract 3% from your subtotal on the Order Form.)
  • Is there an additional charge to add a design to the Front and Back?
    Please see our pricing page for updated prices. There are also additional charges if you wish to ADD Class Names, sleeve prints, embroidered & printed custom names.
  • Is there a charge for the number of colors/text on a shirt?
    No. Each design comes with a preset number of colors/text which you can customize to your liking. Prices are based on the quantity and type of shirts ordered (see pricing page). Remember, dark colored shirts, such as black, navy, etc (see pricing page for more) cost two dollars extra per shirt.   • Does the Color Preview cost anything?
    Nope! The color preview is free! You can do as many as you wish on the web. When you see something you like, send it to IZA where we will create a final color preview (complete with text changes) for your approval.
  • What is your policy for reorders?
    There is a 12pc minimum, but the unit cost remains the same as the inital order.
  • Can I put one of my own designs on a shirt?
    Yes. IZA will accept orders using your Custom Design. An advance payment of $100 (Custom Artwork Fee) must be received before IZA can send you a Design Color Preview.
  • How do I submit my custom design?
    Mail or e-mail the design (email and address can be found here).

  • How much is shipping?
    The price for shipping & handling is included in your final price for all NON RUSH orders.
  • When will my order ship?
    Your order will be shipped within 10 working days after receipt of all signed forms.
  • Do you provide a RUSH order serivce?
    Yes. Please call IZA for your applicable RUSH SHIPPING CHARGES and "MUST HAVE BY" due date.
